Mr. Bristow currently serves as a vocational rehabilitation consultant at Single Handed Consulting, Inc., where he has worked since 2014. His leadership extended into management from 2017 to 2019 as L&I Manager, overseeing complex cases and guiding teams through the intricacies of Washington State's labor and industries programs. His earlier experience includes roles at Strategic Consulting Services and within various agencies of the State of Washington, including the Department of Licensing, the State Patrol, and the State Senate.

A graduate of The Evergreen State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Mr. Bristow holds credentials as a Certified Disability Management Specialist and Certified Ergonomic Specialist. His expertise continues to play a vital role in ensuring injured workers receive the guidance and resources necessary to return to the workforce safely and effectively.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Bristow is a passionate volunteer with Wolf Haven International, reflecting his dedication to both people and wildlife. He finds personal fulfillment in outdoor adventures, road trips, reading, and constructing large-scale Lego creations.
