The Journey Magazine Merges with Nature's Eye Media

LUFKIN, Texas, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Journey Magazine and Nature's Eye Media teams are merging under the Nature's Eye umbrella.  Over the past 17 months, the Journey and Nature's Eye teams have worked side-by-side sharing the stories and culture of East Texas through the pages of The Journey Magazine. Beginning with the October 2018 issue, the Nature's Eye and Journey teams have merged in a collaborative effort to bring you a new The Journey Magazine. This collaboration is also bringing a new strength to the Nature's Eye Media team.  A statement from Nature's Eye reads:

The Journey Magazine is a local life and culture magazine that draws on connection and sharing real life experiences.  Owned and operated by hometown entrepreneur Kim Ogden, it has all the charm of an East Texas small town, with the substance that is a continual source of inspiration, encouragement, and joy for its devoted readership.

Nature's Eye, founded by Alabama native Blake Hamilton, is a parent company for land investments and development, as well as a holding company for a real estate division of Mossy Oak Properties of Texas.  Nature's Eye Media is one of the many branches of the brand, and is eager to grow with the added power of the Journey team.  The Nature's Eye Media team has completed branding and marketing projects for clients including Drake Waterfowl, Mossy Oak Properties of Texas, Prairie Wildlife, and QDMA.

The merged teams will operate from the new Nature's Eye Corporate Office in downtown Lufkin, Texas.
