The Lanier Law Firm Attorneys Earn Multiple Professional Honors

HOUSTON, LOS ANGELES, and NEW YORK, March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Eight lawyers from The Lanier Law Firm have been recognized by their peers and Thomson Reuters' legal division among the top attorneys in their respective states.

In Houston, Alex J. Brown, J.D. McMullen, Sara A. Morton and Patrick J. O'Hara have been honored on the Texas Rising Stars list, which features the leading attorneys age 40 and under and those who have been practicing law for no more than 10 years. Mr. Brown was recognized for the seventh time based on his work in business litigation. Mr. McMullen earned his second listing in recognition of his representation of clients in personal injury cases involving dangerous products. Ms. Morton and Mr. O'Hara earned their first and third selections, respectively, for their work in general personal injury law. In New York, Richard D. "Rick" Meadow, Evan M. Janush and Catherine Heacox have been honored on the New York Metro Super Lawyers list. Mr. Meadow, the National Mass Tort Leader for The Lanier Law Firm, has earned selection to the annual listing since 2009 based on his work for clients in mass torts, class actions, personal injury and intellectual property claims. Mr. Janush, Managing Attorney of the firm's New York office, was recognized for his work in class actions, mass torts, business litigation and personal jury claims.
