Betz brings her knowledge and vast hospitality experience to the Ranch and will oversee all operations including coordinating guest services, serving as a liaison between the Outfitter's Barn and activities team and ensuring seamless dining and entertainment experiences for each guest.

She has held a number of positions in the White Lodging Hospitality world, including General Manager at the Residence Inn in Golden, Colo., Senior Sales Manager at SpringHill Suites in Westminster, Colo., and Director of Sales at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Key West, Fla. Prior to her arrival at Brush Creek Ranch, Betz served as the Assistant General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn in San Francisco. She was also named to the White Lodging's Presidents Council the past four years.
