Time Equities also engaged famed interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen to design the building's interior spaces.

The 83-apartment condominium at 211 East 13^th Street sold out in just seven months. The Marketing Directors also reached a sales milestone of 45 percent sold at two of its New Jersey properties, 55 Melrose and Palmer Square.
