The MED Group Announces Agreement with Golden Technologies

LUBBOCK, Texas, Jan. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The MED Group, a Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) company, today announced that it entered into an agreement with Golden Technologies for Golden Technologies to make its full line of lift chairs, scooters, and Group 1 and Group 2 power wheelchairs available to The MED Group's members.  Golden Technologies, a family owned and operated business, is the world's largest designer and manufacturer of power lift and recline chairs, holding numerous U.S. patents in this product category. The company's headquarters in Old Forge, PA, is home to its lift chair manufacturing facility, as well as its Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Credit and Lift Chair Technical Service Departments. Its Mobility Division is located in nearby Kingston, PA.
