The Most Original Remix: Stolichnaya® Premium Vodka Introduces Stoli® Hot and Stoli® Sticki™

NEW YORK, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- This spring, Stolichnaya® Premium vodka celebrates 50 years of pioneering the flavored vodka category by introducing Stoli® Hot and Stoli® Sticki™. Remixes on Pertsovka (Pepper) and Okhotnichya (Honey and Herb), the first flavored vodkas ever commercially produced by Stolichnaya® in 1962, Stoli® Hot and Stoli® Sticki™ offer a perfect balance of sweet and heat.

Stoli® Hot offers the warm, fiery sensation of jalapeno peppers found on the bottle's label and is the only jalapeno flavored vodka with significant mouth-heat. It is spicy on the palate yet has a delicate smoky quality. By contrast, Stoli® Sticki™ is inspired by the candied, warm palate of the finest honey and has the added complexity of discernible floral notes that complement the subtle sweetness of its flavor profile.

The brand developed unique packaging for the new flavors with a glistening honeycomb adorning the bottle neck and cap of Stoli® Sticki™, and flames that blaze up the side of Stoli® Hot's bottle neck and cap. On the label, Stoli® Sticki™ features a dipper dripping with golden honey while Stoli® Hot has a label illustrated with crimson and deep green jalapeno peppers. In a departure from the tradition of naming flavors after their taste profile, "Hot" and "Sticki™" are fun and contemporary riffs that represent the mood of each flavor.

1 1/2 parts Stoli® Hot
3/4 part pineapple juice
1/2 part lime juice
1/2 part simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

THE BEES KNEES
2 parts Stoli® Sticki™
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/2  part honey syrup
Pour into a shaker with ice. Pour vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a curl of lemon peel.

STOLI® STICKI™ PALMER
1 1/2 parts Stoli® Sticki™
1 part lemonade
1 part iced tea
1/2 part honey (optional)
Build in an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

STOLI® HOT & STICKI™ SHOT
1 part Stoli® Sticki™
1 part Stoli® Hot
Shake with ice and serve in chilled shot glass. Take a dash of sugar and hot sauce on the hand, followed by a lick, then shoot.
