She is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Global Diversity and Engagement Officer at PepsiCo, Inc. In this role, Shaw provides leadership for the global food and beverage company's diversity and engagement strategy – bringing together a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives to achieve strategic business initiatives, advance performance and drive innovation.
