The NRP Group Expands Third-Party Services to Include Multifamily Property Management

CLEVELAND, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The NRP Group, a vertically-integrated, best-in-class developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing, today announced that it has expanded its third-party services to include property management. A year after launching NRP Construction, which extends in-house pre-construction and general contracting services to other multifamily owners and developers, the company has launched property management services as well.

Through NRP Construction and NRP Management, owners and developers now have access to a broad spectrum of multifamily processes that were cultivated over the past two decades by The NRP Group, which has delivered more than 33,000 apartment homes in over a dozen states, and currently manages over 17,000 residential units.

The company's construction division has already secured more than $90 million in projects, and the property management group has executed a "soft opening" of services based on incoming requests and already manages properties encompassing a total of nearly 1,000 units.
