The NuEarth Corporation Develops New Product 'FracSolv' for Exclusive Distribution by Westmont Resources Inc

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- NuEarth Corporation (Pink Sheets: NUEC) ("NuEarth"), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, today announced that it has completed final development and testing of "FracSolv", an all-natural 100% biodegradable and environmentally safe fracturing solution for deployment in the oil and natural gas drilling industry.  FracSolv was developed exclusively under contract to Westmont Resources Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: WMNS) {"Westmont"} of Bellevue WA.

The agreement between NuEarth Corporation and Westmont Resources Inc was completed on the 3rd of November 2010 and the resulting product will be sold worldwide exclusively by Westmont Resources Inc.  Terms of the agreement include a non-recurring development payment of $250,000 payable upon initial field deployment of the product and a minimum quantity purchase commitment of $2.25 Million over the first 5 years of the 10-year agreement.  Additional commitments for inflationary price increase over the term of the agreement and delivery on a FOB basis at the future NuEarth manufacturing facility in Eastern Ohio.

FracSolv is a Surfactant based, Anionic Polyacrylamide (PAM) that acts as a stable colloidal particle dispersion solution.  The micro-particles in FracSolv utilize the mechanism of disjoining pressure once the micro-particles encounter a discontinuous phase.  FracSolv acts to separate oil and natural gas from the formation's surface, thereby accelerating the recovery of oil and natural gas reservoirs'.  The FracSolv solution has no systemic toxicity to any aquatic organisms or microorganisms and remains 100% biodegradable and environmentally safe throughout its useful product lifespan.
