CHICAGO, June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Office of Experience (OX), a Chicago-based design and digital innovation consultancy, today announced it has named Scott Yanzy as Executive Director of Design. Yanzy comes to OX most recently from Blast Radius, where he was Executive Creative Director.
"When we made the decision to hire an Executive Design Director, we knew we needed a proven leader with deep digital chops and a passion for design thinking as strong as our own," said Stratton Cherouny, OX Co-Founder. "We are thrilled to have found this and so much more in Scott. He has all the right qualities to bring our design-driven innovation to a new level for OX clients and forward-thinking brands."
Yanzy joins the team at OX after a five-month search process. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience, having built creative teams at leading shops including DesignKitchen, Arc (Leo Burnett) and Razorfish. Over the course of his career, Scott has developed award-winning creative strategies for some of the nation's top brands including Lenovo, The North Face, AT&T, Burger King and Wells Fargo.
"OX is a natural fit because our philosophies are so closely aligned," said Yanzy. "The team at OX is built around a user-centered and digital-first strategy, and I am excited to help broaden their already strong design capabilities. They're creating something unique here, and I am proud to be a part of it."
Three years after its founding and with 25 full-time employees, OX has shown early success with its mission to integrate world-class strategy, design and technology to help forward-thinking organizations transform their business and brand in the modern marketing age.
"We know Scott will be a wonderful addition to OX," said Carlos Manalo, OX Co-Founder. "His extensive experience in both digital design and holistic global campaigns will keep OX on the leading edge of our human-centered, multidisciplinary approach."
