SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- It is well researched that employees who are not engaged cost companies hundreds of millions of dollars per year in lost productivity and turnover. What is not well understood are the broader organizational factors and specific drivers that cause leader disengagement. Only engaged leaders can maximize employee engagement at all levels. Yet, organizations tend to employ a "one-size-fits-all' approach when it comes to enhancing workforce engagement.
The Organizational Intelligence Institute (www.oi-institute.com) is conducting a research into the primary drivers that affect leader engagement. A corollary purpose of this research is to examine how these engagement drivers vary by job level, function, generational cohort, and senior leadership aspirations (i.e., those who aspire to be C-level organizational leaders).
Participants will receive a complimentary report summarizing the results of the study. Additionally, all survey respondents will be entered into a drawing with the chance to win one of three prizes – $500, $300, and $100 VISA gift card (i.e., a survey respondent will be drawn for each prize).
