The Outsourcing Institute Announces its Digital Convergence Conference and 2017 OAISS Regional Roadshow

The Digital Convergence Conference will be held in New York City on September 27, 2017. The event will be sponsored by PwC, and co-chaired by Anupam Govil, Partner at Avasant and Gregory North, a former Chief Process Officer and Principal of The Outsourcing Institute's Digital Transformation & Innovation Practice. 

The conference is designed to help service providers and clients make the transition to the "uberization" of the enterprise, providing insight into the new ways work is getting done through the convergence of IT outsourcing/emerging tech, business process/operations outsourcing and digital technologies.
