SHANGHAI, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Peninsula Shanghai has been recognised as the world's top business hotel for the second consecutive year by US-based Travel+Leisure magazine. The results of the annual World's Best Business Hotels survey are published in the December 2013 issue, which features the premier hotels for business travellers in cities around the world as voted for by its readers. This prestigious accolade acknowledges the prominent role of The Peninsula Shanghai in promoting hospitality excellence in China, which is predicted by the Global Business Travel Association to become the world's largest business travel market by 2016.

The Peninsula Shanghai topped Travel+Leisure's World's Best Business Hotels list, with an impressive score of 97.27 out of 100.
