THE Performance Improvement Conference 2013 focuses on advancing what works in the performance improvement field, with 100+ hours of learning opportunities highlighting the tools, research, innovations and interventions proven to create real change in the workplace. Pre-conference programs begin April 12-14, and the conference runs April 14-17.



THE Performance Improvement Conference is the premiere educational event for performance improvement professionals, business and human resources executives, organizational development strategists, instructional designers, and others who are invested in the pursuit of excellence in the workplace. Conference highlights include three keynotes, the popular Research to Practice Symposium, Masters Series presentations, 60 peer-reviewed educational sessions, pre-conference workshops, and the opportunity to connect with industry peers from around the world.
