The Planet D Named One of the World's Top 10 Travel Influencers by Forbes

TORONTO, June 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Forbes brought together the biggest names in travel to compile their first top 10 influencers in travel list. Dave Bouskill and Debra Corbeil of ThePlanetD.com are the only Canadian travel influencers on that list.

Forbes then reviewed endorsements and other offline business opportunities to compile this list of influencers who built their fame from the Internet up.

Starting their travel blog in 2008, Dave and Deb have travelled to 107 countries on all seven continents inspiring others to step out of their comfort zones and pursue a life of passion. Living by their motto adventure is for everyone, they've developed a loyal and engaged following around the world that come to them for travel tips, travel advice and information on how to start their own travel blog or get paid to travel.

Between their website and social media channels The Planet D has accumulated more than two million monthly followers showcasing award-winning photography, writing and video.

They have leveraged their audience into lucrative business earning a high six-figure annual income. As a result of their influence they have worked on campaigns and partnerships with the likes of American Express and Cathay Pacific.
