The RealReal Brings Highly Covetable Luxury Items to New York City Shoppers in Holiday Pop-up Shop

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The RealReal, the leading luxury consignment company, today announced the opening of its first-ever pop-up shop in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City, featuring highly curated, one-of-a-kind luxury items tailored to New York City's eclectic shoppers. The RealReal is unique in that it takes possession and authenticates all items prior to sale and thus, is able to bring its products to life in a beautiful brick-and-mortar experience, unlike peer-to-peer consignment sites.

Located at 79 Green Street, the brick-and-mortar shop will be open December 1st through the 15th for the holiday season. Doors are open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Shoppers can expect to see exclusive luxury product across all categories, including women's and men's fashion from household names such as Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Celine, Proenza Schouler and Yeezy. Rare and iconic giftables will be for sale, including estate, fine jewelry and collectable watches. Fine art and curated home furnishings will be also available for purchase, which will include all display pieces.

Authentication specialists from each category, including The RealReal's expert gemologists, brand experts, and art curators, will be available on-site to help customers learn about the authenticity of products and provide insight into pieces from the heritage brands.
