An extension of the company's white glove service, an expert consults with the consignor and then a pickup of their items is scheduled, free of charge. The items are then processed, authenticated, merchandised and sold by the company rounding out a full-service consignment experience.
The launch of the home category is supported by The RealReal's hire of Senior Category Director Kimberly Brown, formerly with Design Within Reach and Walmart.com, bringing over 15 years of experience and expertise as a buyer and merchandiser in the design industry.
