Retailer aims to make furniture purchases possible for credit challenged shoppers
LOMBARD, Ill., Aug. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The RoomPlace, a family owned company, announced an expansion of their secondary financing programs with extended payment terms, geared toward customers with less than perfect credit, at all of their Chicagoland and greater Indianapolis locations.
Designed to allow credit challenged customers the ability to finance their purchases with lower monthly payments and longer terms, two new financing options, exclusive to The RoomPlace, are now available. Shoppers can now choose between a 31-month financing plan through Genesis Financial, with a four percent minimum monthly payment or an 18-month plan through Great America Finance Company. These financing options are the first of its kind in the furniture industry and move customers past standard six or 12-month plans.
