SANTA MONICA, Calif., July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Search Agency (TSA), an integrated online marketing firm, has announced today that it has named Matt Kain as their CEO, Asia-Pacific. This is a new position for TSA, which coincides with the opening of an office in Sydney, Australia to service the Asia-Pacific market and offer online marketing services. Prior to this role, Kain served as The Search Agency's Chief Revenue Officer, with overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing.
Founded by experts in bid optimization technology and online marketing, The Search Agency has grown to over 180 employees worldwide, with offices now in the US, UK, India and Australia. TSA Sydney will be aggressively hiring to fully staff the client service needs of the new Sydney office and to support prospecting in the region.

"We look forward to the partnerships Matt will form with clients in A-Pac. And his team will embody all of the best practices that TSA has developed around the globe."
Kain has more than 10 years of senior management experience in digital marketing and is a recognized expert in search marketing.
"Asia is an important region for growth in digital marketing, and is in many ways under-served in terms of technologies and agency solutions in market," said Matt Kain, CEO, Asia-Pacific. "I have learned a lot from my experience in the US and am excited to bring TSA's proven technologies and solutions back home to Australia and Asia. Local marketers will be able to benefit from the economies of our global scale and our investment in technology, and our multi-national clients will be able to benefit from a more comprehensive global footprint."
