The SOLA Snacks founder and President spent much of his life researching and developing healthy food products. Born and raised in Nigeria, Sola developed a strong interest in global food and agriculture at an early age. After college graduation, he intended to help ensure global food availability. After his move to England and received a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Leeds, his interest in health foods heightened. Continuing his career in food science in the U.S., Sola has led several international research programs in fresh foods and healthy snacks.
