The US Department of the Air Force Signs 5-Year Contract for the Casepoint AI-Powered SaaS Data Discovery Platform

Casepoint, with existing Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level (IL5) and newly achieved Air Force Authority to Operate (ATO) security standards, is poised to provide eDiscovery, legal hold, cloud data storage, and other data discovery services to the Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps enterprise.

WASHINGTON, July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Casepoint + OPEXUS, the proven leader in legal, regulatory, and compliance workflows across government agencies and corporate enterprises, today announced that the Casepoint platform has been selected by the United States Department of the Air Force (Air Force), Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG Corps) to be its enterprise cloud-based data discovery platform. The Air Force signed a five-year contract to modernize its tech stack and scale with their data needs while meeting security requirements, including DOD IL5 and Air Force ATO.

The Air Force JAG Corps includes approximately 4,400 Airmen and civilian personnel across more than 100 global locations. These individuals will now be able to work and collaborate on case matters without having to be in the same place. The Air Force is looking to take advantage of Casepoint's AI-powered SaaS Casepoint platform, including the platform's ability to scale to high data volumes and support a large number of users across Air Force offices globally.
