HARBOR CITY, Calif., May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The morning after a devastating tornado struck Wichita, Kan., on April 14, a local contractor went out to his job site to assess and start cleaning up the damage. Among other things, his office trailer was completely destroyed, with pieces and parts broken and blasted up to 200 yards away.
