"The Year of Pharrell" Coming To REVOLT

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of its first-ever original documentary, "Wale: I am From," REVOLT announced their next documentary project, "The Year of Pharrell." Premiering in the wake of the 56^th Annual Grammy Awards, "The Year of Pharrell" will feature the immensely private music mogul sitting down for one of his most in-depth conversations to-date. In the hour-long special, Pharrell Williams reminisces about his remarkable success in 2013, his reputation as one of the hottest producers in music and his Academy Award-nominated song "Happy," from the hit film Despicable Me 2.

REVOLT was granted unprecedented access to the elusive hit-maker as he closed out his stellar 2013 with multiple Grammy nominations and announced his signing with Columbia Records. "The Year of Pharrell" celebrates music's brightest star with featured interviews from a number of his famous peers (including Rick Ross and Pusha T) weighing in on his unparalleled talent and his contributions to the music industry.
