The Zamir Group Wins Sales Awards, Ranks #1 in NJMLS Sales for Third Consecutive Year
FAIR LAWN, N.J., Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Zamir Group of Keller Williams Town Life, which in 2018 alone sold over $95 million dollars worth of real estate, has achieved its third year sitting atop the sales rankings for the entire NJMLS. Founded by Broker Associate Zohar "Zack" Zamir just over a decade ago, the group is on track to sell its thousandth home and pass the half billion mark for lifetime sales volume during the 2019 calendar year.
The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) was founded over 40 years ago as a cooperative information sharing network for Real Estate professionals. The organization sets strict codes of conduct and validates information, while aggregating listings for properties throughout Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Hudson Counties and beyond. The NJMLS counts nearly 9,000 licensed real estate agents and brokers in its membership. The Zamir Group's 2018 sales see it topping that long list for three consecutive calendar years.
In addition to top sales honors, the Zohar and The Zamir Group were awarded the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® at the Platinum level for the 6th straight year. This is the highest sale honor awarded by the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Additionally, The Zamir Group celebrates its 6th consecutive year winning the "Five Star" service award, which recognizes the top 1% in the nation for customer service and satisfaction, based on client and peer surveys.
