theCOMMSapp(TM) Changes Company Name to APPrise Mobile(TM)

NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- theCOMMSapp today announced that the Company has changed its name to APPrise Mobile. The name change and rebranding reflect the company's broader platform-as-a-service (PaaS) operating model that enables organizations of all sizes, including the enterprise, to easily and cost effectively create native, mobile apps to communicate to their core audiences.

The new APPrise Mobile brand provides an umbrella to unify the Company's products that presently include theIRapp® for investor relations, theEMPLOYEEapp™ for internal communications, theCONFERENCEapp™ for conference and event communications, as well as theCOMMSapp™ for external communications. With the new name, the Company will leverage the rapid growth in the mobile industry to expand into new communications verticals.
