Theresa Preston is recognized by Continental Who's Who
SURREY, British Columbia, Jan. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Who's Who recognizes Theresa Preston as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of her contributions to the Nonprofit field.
Preston touts a 27-year career in the field, with expertise in operations, fundraising and management. Her job title is General Manager at Lower Mainland Down Syndrome Society, which specializes in information, support and resources for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.
According to its website, the mission of the Lower Mainland Down Syndrome Society is based in opportunities. "Our members believe that individuals with Down Syndrome are capable of full participation in society and should be given the opportunity to develop their potential."

To further her professional development, Preston is a member of the Surrey Association for Community Living.
Outside of work, she volunteers her time to both her local Rotary Club and to the Down Syndrome Research Foundation. She also enjoys spending time with family, walking, and spending time outdoors.
