Among the unique offerings available as part of ThinkHR Learn is the Admin Toolbox, a new premium feature that gives users personalized one-on-one consultations with seasoned training and HR experts, as well as tools to simplify set up and management, and develop customized training tracks.

Using the Admin Toolbox, training managers can add one or multiple employees, monitor employees' training progress and run status reports. In addition, training managers can custom-design a track of courses to meet the needs of individual employees or select groups. In addition, a training dashboard provides visibility into the status of each employee's progress.
