This Boston private equity firm is raising a new $100M fund

HINGHAM, Mass., Nov. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fenway Capital Partners LLC, a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in real estate and restaurants, is in the process of raising a new $100 million fund, according to regulatory filings. Private equity real estate has experienced a surge of capital over the past decade, as institutional and private investors seek higher yields.

The goal of $100 million was listed on a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 7, 2015.
