Thomas W. Butts Joins ZirMed as CEO

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ZirMed, a leading provider of software-as-a-service based revenue cycle management solutions, today announced the addition of Thomas W. Butts as its new President and CEO.  Mr. Butts brings more than 27 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry and has served in roles including General Manager of GE Healthcare, President and Chief Operating Officer of IDX Systems Corporation, and CEO of Optos, Plc.  In addition to serving as the President and CEO, Mr. Butts will also serve as a member of ZirMed's Board of Directors.
