Three Built Industry Firms Select Vitamin as Agency of Record

Design-web-PR firm bolsters its expertise with architecture and engineering firms

BALTIMORE, Dec. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Vitamin®, the boutique design-web-public relations firm headquartered in Baltimore, Md., today announced its selection as agency of record by three leading mid-Atlantic architecture/engineering/construction(a/e/c) firms: Gill-Simpson, NIKA Architects + Engineers, and Wiencek & Associates. Each firm has hired Vitamin for specific services, including copywriting, logo and marketing collateral design, messaging, public relations, and web site design and development.

Gill-Simpson, Inc., a Baltimore-based electrical engineering and construction company, has hired Vitamin to articulate the firm's value proposition through messaging and development of its new web site. Vitamin also managed PR strategy and implementation of the groundbreaking on Gill-Simpson's new headquarters in Owings Mills. Founded in 1932, Gill-Simpson has 550 employees in three offices in Baltimore, Hagerstown and Cumberland, Md.

NIKA Architects + Engineers, a full-service architecture and engineering firm focused on the federal government and private institutions, with specialized expertise in healthcare and complex facilities has hired Vitamin to revamp its messaging and corporate identity, as well as to develop collateral materials and a new web site. NIKA, which recently changed its name from NIKA Technologies to NIKA Architects + Engineers to better reflect its services, has offices in Bethesda, Md. and Tampa, Fla.

Wiencek & Associates, an AIA-award winning architectural design firm, has hired Vitamin to clarify its points of differentiation through messaging and copywriting services, as well as to design and develop a new web site and print collateral. A 20-plus year-old firm with more than 30 professionals on staff, Wiencek & Associates has offices in Gaithersburg, Md. and Washington, D.C.
