Three Largest MLSs in the Nation - California Regional MLS, Bright MLS, and Stellar MLS - Now All in Reciprocal Data Agreement

CHINO HILLS, Calif., July 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the most recognized multiple listing service in the country, has entered into a new reciprocal data access agreement with Stellar MLS, the largest MLS in Florida. Along with Bright MLS, which had earlier entered into a reciprocal data agreement with CRMLS, this creates a data sharing network of the three largest MLSs in the country.

As Americans become more mobile and seek housing opportunities in places close and far from home, it's more important than ever that those looking to buy or sell have access to the greatest amount of listing data available. With the three MLS entering into reciprocal agreements with each other, almost 300k real estate professionals are now linked and positioned to conduct business they otherwise couldn't.
