Max Swetman was selected in the area of Product Liability Defense, as well as for Mass Tort Litigation and Class Action Defense. His litigation practice focuses on the defense of toxic tort, occupational disease and environmental claims alleging bodily injury and property damage. These include individual claims as well as mass torts. In addition to a law degree, Max holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Policy and a Master's of Public Health Degree in Epidemiology. His extensive technical background allows him to bring together legal, medical and scientific teams to insure the best possible defense of these claims. He also frequently handles litigation and regulatory compliance counseling concerning a wide range of environmental laws on behalf of his clients.
