Family-owned showroom brings 35 years of building expertise to Wilmington's growing trade community

The new showroom, located at 4274 U.S. Highway 421 North, Suite 130, in Wilmington, is owned by brothers Jeffrey, Curt and Rusty Williams. The brothers grew up on a farm in Duplin County before going on to build entrepreneurial careers of their own and now, coming together to launch a family business designed to serve the professionals building and renovating homes across the rapidly growing Wilmington region.
Right Place, Right Time
The timing is intentional. Wilmington recently ranked among the nation's strongest real estate markets, placing No. 30 overall and No. 7 among small markets, in a national study that considered both housing-market strength and economic conditions. Local economists have also pointed to continued regional growth and strong housing demand.
