Jennifer has served as lead working attorney on multi-million dollar settlements, in addition to serving as lead appellate attorney on multiple cases.
Matthew Matheny has been included in the Texas Rising Stars list four times since 2010. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, he has practiced cases including wrongful death; maritime, offshore, railroad crossing, aviation, automobile and industrial explosion accidents; environmental contamination; chemical exposure; Federal Employers' Liability Act; Fair Labor Standards Act-Overtime Wage and Deceptive Trade Practices, and Bad Faith Insurance Claims.
