LAS VEGAS, Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Thrive Aviation, a leader in the private aviation industry, announced today that Vice President of People and Culture Kelly Pryor has been named to the National Business Aviation Association's (NBAA) Top 40 Under 40 list.
For the eighth consecutive year, the NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 awards have recognized emerging leaders who are actively shaping the future of business aviation. These honorees are celebrated for their innovation, impact, and commitment to excellence within the industry. Each year, the NBAA Young Professionals (YoPro) Council carefully reviews hundreds of nominations and selects the recipients based on their professional achievements, community involvement, innovative mindset, and dedication to the business aviation community.
"Kelly exemplifies what it means to be a values-driven leader," said Curtis Edenfield, CEO of Thrive Aviation. "Her passion for people, dedication to cultivating an inclusive and high-performing culture, and ability to inspire those around her have made a lasting impact at Thrive. We are proud to see her recognized by NBAA among the best and brightest in our industry."
With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources, Pryor has dedicated her career to creating thriving workplaces. She has been with Thrive Aviation for 3.5 years, where she leads strategic initiatives to attract top talent, foster employee retention, and elevate the overall employee experience.
Pryor holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
"I am incredibly honored to be recognized among such a talented group of professionals," said Kelly Pryor. "At Thrive, I am fortunate to work with an extraordinary team that shares my passion for people and culture. This recognition is as much a reflection of their commitment as it is of my own, and I am excited to continue building an environment where people can do their best work and feel truly valued."
The NBAA will formally recognize the 2025 class of Top 40 Under 40 honorees during its annual Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), taking place October 21–23, 2025, in Las Vegas, NV.
