TIAA Wealth Management & Advice Solutions Announces Lending and Estate Planning Solutions Through Strategic Partnerships
Agreements with The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Trust & Will expand wealth management capabilities beyond traditional investment services
NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TIAA Wealth Management & Advice Solutions (TW&A) today announced the launch of new securities-backed lending and digital estate planning services through strategic partnerships with The Bancorp and Trust & Will. These new offerings expand TW&A's holistic wealth management capabilities addressing the diverse and evolving needs of clients.
Expanding on our current partnership with The Bancorp, TW&A is introducing Securities-Backed Line of Credit (SBLOC). This flexible lending solution allows clients to fund major purchases, consolidate debt or cover unexpected expenses while keeping their investment strategies intact.
Additionally, TW&A now offers an affordable and digital approach to estate planning through its partnership with Trust & Will, complementing TW&A's existing estate and philanthropy planning services.
