Tilson Raises Up To $100 Million in Funding to Support National Network Design-Build Services and Small Cell Development
PORTLAND, Maine, April 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Tilson is pleased to announce that it has completed a transaction through which funds managed by SDC Capital Partners, LLC will invest up to $100 million in the company. The investment will support Tilson's expansion by both driving its continued growth of nationwide network infrastructure design-build services and enabling the spin-out and capitalization of Tilson's asset ownership affiliate, SQF, LLC (SQF).
