DANBURY, Conn., Jan. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Westchester Publishing Services is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Cross as Business Development Manager. Tim will be primarily focused on expanding Westchester's presence in the scholarly journals and publications market.
Tim has an impressive background within the publishing, academic and scientific communities. Tim was previously with Allen Press, Inc., from 2003 in a progression of roles, culminating as Product Marketing/Education Manager. Concurrently, Tim served as President of the Council of Science Editors (CSE), where he was honored with a Distinguished Service Award in 2016. He presently serves on the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) Education Committee as webinar series coordinator, and on the SSP Industry & Initiatives Outreach Task Force.
