NEW YORK, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Time Warner Cable's New York City Region recently launched over 25 high-definition (HD) channels for customers in New York City, Mount Vernon, Hudson Valley and New Jersey, bringing the total unique HD channel offerings to over 150.
