Timothy R. Baer joins CamberView Partners as Senior Advisor

Mr. Baer is the Managing Partner of TRB Partners, LLC, an independent corporate governance and performance advisor to corporate boards of directors. Previously, he worked for 23 years at Target Corporation, retiring in 2016 as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary. As part of his retirement transition, he also served as a senior advisor to the corporation's Board of Directors, CEO and senior management team. During his career at Target, Mr. Baer's areas of responsibility included the law department, government affairs, corporate security, media relations, compliance, assets protection and Target Brands, Inc., the corporation's brand management subsidiary. He holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University.
