MILWAUKEE, Oct. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- TKO Miller is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Dynamis Software Corporation, a leading software solution provider to employee benefits agents in the US, by Applied Systems, the leading global provider of insurance agency management systems. TKO Miller acted as Dynamis' exclusive financial advisor during the transaction.

Dynamis has developed a cloud-based SaaS solution that offers real-time insurance plan modeling for employee benefits insurance brokers. Applied Systems is committed to making further investments in the employee benefits market to drive continued product innovation and a more connected experience between insurance agencies, insurers, and the insured. Applied will continue to operate Dynamis' current Milwaukee, WI office, and Dynamis CEO Andy Nunemaker will continue to be a leader in the employee benefits operations of the combined entity.
