TMG Health Appoints Michael Walsh Senior Vice President and General Counsel

As the company's principal legal officer, Walsh is responsible for the oversight and leadership of all legal aspects of the business, including the provision of legal advice in support of strategic corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, contracts, corporate financing and other complex transactions.

Prior to joining TMG Health, he served as Vice President of Legal and Assistant General Counsel at SunGuard Data Systems, the world's largest privately held software and services company.

He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University, Pa. and a bachelor's degree from Duke University, Durham, N.C.
