Perchwell's First Deal with Developer to Deliver Real-Time Analytics at New York Projects

NEW YORK, July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Toll Brothers City Living will begin using Perchwell's market analytics and listings management platform as part of its sales efforts later this month, the companies announced today. Toll Brothers will be the first developer and non-brokerage firm to provide the platform directly to its sales teams. The arrangement comes as Perchwell launches a data and analytics feature suite specifically for the new development segment of the residential real estate market.
