Brady's approach to his body became a defining part of his career, with a focus on muscle pliability, consistent bodywork, and recovery. More than two decades of close collaboration with his longtime body coach, Alex Guerrero, helped shape that philosophy. The Brady Protocol draws on principles from that work, adapted for Aescape's platform.
Over the past year, a team of licensed therapists and trainers developed the Protocol, with Tom involved from the initial concept through design and testing, helping shape the sequence, intensity, and intent down to the individual stroke.

HOW THE BRADY PROTOCOL WORKS
- Intensity: Deeper pressure from the first stroke, with minimal warm-up, designed to address accumulated tension.
- Control: Users set the pressure throughout, allowing the experience to respond to their body while dialing it to the deepest level they can receive and still stay relaxed. They can pause or lower it at any time. The sequence itself is fixed to cover the full posterior chain.
- Design: Strokes focus on the points where muscles attach, with cross-fiber work where muscle is dense, combining a consistent protocol with Aescape's body mapping technology.
- Experience: Before their first session, users can watch a short introduction from Brady on what to expect, how to use the pressure controls and how to approach the protocol as a consistent practice.
