Tom Harris has served as President of the Times Square Alliance since 2021, after joining the organization in 2008 as Director of Public Safety. Under his leadership, the Alliance has continued to position Times Square as one of New York City's premier cultural destinations, known for its vibrant mix of entertainment, creativity, and energy. Widely respected for his leadership across public safety and civic management, he brings deep expertise in urban operations, public-private partnerships, and the evolving needs of one of the world's most iconic districts.
"After a 23-year career with the NYPD, the wellbeing of first responders and their families remains incredibly important to me," said Tom Harris. "Working with FRCF on National First Responders Day over the past four years has given me a deep appreciation for the Foundation's impact. I'm honored to join the Board and support its mission to serve the families of those who give so much to our communities."
Phillip Harrington founded Professional Store Services in 2016 with a mission to equip small business owners with the operational and merchandising infrastructure needed to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Through his leadership, he has helped businesses strengthen performance and scale effectively. As the proud father of a firefighter, Harrington brings a deeply personal connection and meaningful perspective to the evolving needs of first responder families.
"As a business leader, I've spent my career focused on building systems that help people succeed, but as the father of a firefighter, this mission is deeply personal to me," said Phillip Harrington. "I'm honored to join the Board of the First Responders Children's Foundation and support an organization that provides meaningful resources and opportunities to the families who stand behind our first responders."
