Tom Orr Joins Seaway Plastics Engineering

PORT RICHEY, Fla., April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Seaway Plastics Engineering LLC (SPE), an injection molding company servicing the rapid tooling and low to mid volume market, announced that Tom Orr has joined the company as CEO and President and a member of the Board of Directors.

Orr joins SPE from Poppelmann Plastics USA, a division of Poppelmann Holdings GmbH headquartered in Germany, where he served as President for the past six years.  In his previous role, Orr was responsible for leading the expansion of Poppelmann's injection molded and thermoformed products into the USA market.

Orr earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
