Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Postilio was a professional singer of the Great American Songbook, and toured both nationally and internationally as the lead vocalist with the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

Mickey Conlon had an early passion for real estate; he obtained his New York real estate license during his freshman year at Duke University. Conlon began his career as a Broadway producer, where he cultivated enduring relationships that bolstered not only his network and visibility, but also his reputation as a "broker to the stars" during his subsequent tenure at CORE. Conlon also regularly starred on HGTV's "Selling New York."
