Top Brooklyn And Manhattan Agent David Chang Joins Stribling
With more than $800 million in sales, Chang will use Stribling's platform to grow business in both new development marketing and resales
NEW YORK, Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Stribling & Associates, New York's premier residential brokerage, announces that top producer David Chang has joined the firm. With a seasoned background in both resales and new development marketing across Manhattan and Brooklyn, Chang has facilitated more than $800 million in sales over the span of his real estate career.
Chang will be based out of Stribling's Tribeca office, where he will partner with Millie Perry, who ranked in the top 1% of all agents nationwide by the Wall Street Journal/ REAL Trends, and a top 10 agent in all of Brooklyn according to The Real Deal. In addition to his resale business, Chang will work with Stribling Marketing Associates on several pipeline new development projects.

He was also a member of Corcoran's President's Council, the companies highest honor. Chang has marketed a wide range of properties from the Upper West Side to Brooklyn and everywhere in between. In addition, Chang has sold over a combined 500 units in The Rushmore, Avery, The Boerum, The Standish and 110 Livingston St, making him an expert in these buildings among many others in Manhattan and Brooklyn's most desirable luxury addresses. He also oversaw sales and marketing for condos at The Standish where he successfully broke many neighborhood records. Prior to his work at Corcoran, Chang worked at Corcoran Sunshine working with the city's most active and prominent real estate developers.
