TOPS welcomes BillingTree as Payments Services partner offering solutions to TOPS Professional, TOPS iQ and TOPS ONE customers

PHOENIX, Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BillingTree®, the leading payment technology provider, today announced it has become the first payment partner to integrate into the latest version of TOPS [ONE], the TOPS Software LLC property management platform. The integration with BillingTree and the Payrazr Gateway means TOPS customers can offer multiple card not present payment types, including credit/debit cards, ACH and paper check conversion, to collect fees and community dues.
TOPS [ONE] is designed to unify accounting and management into an all-in-one platform for every aspect of Condo, Home Owner Association and CO-OP management. The integration allows community association and property managers to drive revenue and improve customer experience by offering tenants a complete range of card not present payment options.
Property and community association managers can deploy an online virtual terminal to accept integrated payments via self-service or with agent assistance. Combined with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and recurring payments plans, organizations can create a broad suite of payment options to satisfy a multi-generational customer base. A stand alone integrated Virtual Terminal offers agent assisted payment acceptance at the office and over the phone.
